Join us as we undertake the process of creating a temperature controlled fermentation cabinet with the express intention of making home brew more automated, more repeatable and a year round exercise no matter what the outside temperature.

We have over 20 years home brew experience under our belts and have been working on this project for over 2 years to bring it to the stage that it is at now. This blog is the journey of taking the system into its 3rd version and adding some sophisticated automation.

In the coming months we will be releasing our customized software and hardware plans so that anyone can build this system and enjoy their favorite brew the same at any time of the year, removing the hit and miss nature of home brewing. This system will also include a companion website where you can check the status of your home brew remotely or change some parameters to tune what is happening.
